Me lease comes to an end and need to find new accomodation, looking to rent something the only requisite is it has good communication with Odeonplatz/Karlsplatz/Marienplatz station.
About myself, I am Spanish, male, working in finance. I am tidy and respectful of others, I have been living abroad for the past 15 years, and Im used to sharing. I like sports, cinema, videogames, nothing annoying. Not smoker, no pets.
I like socializing but also like my me-time, but a cold beer after work is always welcome.
Would also consider a studio even if the price is higher.
