I'm leaving my room in a shared apartment from the 1st of March.
KVR is possible without restrictions.
The apartment is located in Schwabing West, a strategic neighborhood of Munich.
Tram 27 is 2 minutes away. Rewe, Edeka bäckerei and Shops are all close by.
Perfect if you study in TUM or LMU.
U3/U2 is a 10-minute walk, and a tram can be taken to both.
Olympia Park and Luitpoldpark are 10 minutes away by foot.
We have access to a common terrace (siehe foto) where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Munich from above, and enjoy an aperitivo evening.
The room comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe (repaired) and a desk, so it is perfect if you are just arriving to Munich.
The atmosphere in the flat is quiet, and everyone respects each other, we are a kein-Zweck WG but we try to have good times together. Being 6 people never created any problems since we have 2 bathrooms and everybody has different schedules in life. The kitchen is big enough and both of the balconies give more than enough breathing space.
Your roomies would be Gemma (catalan, works), Melis (turkish, LMU), Tony (UK, TUM), Jan (polish, TUM), and Leon (armenian, works, TUM).
Since there are two women and three men in the flat we are looking for another GIRL to keep it 50/50.
Men who apply won't receive any kind of answer.
Unfortunately, we are NOT considering Erasmus students, or people doing 6 months internships, and our landlady does not allow animals.
Regarding the price, I always paid 640 Euro as warm Miete, but surely the landlady will set a higher cost. So, 680 is not the final rent amount! The deposit is 2 months of the rent.
