heyguys, I'll write the text in English so all Internationals can easily understand as well. The room is 22 qm big with a view to the west. The Room is handed over empty but in case you would only want to stay a couple of months or weeks i can easily provide it furnitured with a bed, clothing storage and desk. I would ask for a small amount on top in that case. The date for moving in and out is flexible. I will need the room from 5th to 10th of February for a home exhibition but i am sure we can work something out - just let me know when you would want to move in. The room is part of a spacious 4 room apartment that is fully equipped. There is a big livingroom that i am currently upgrading with new furniture. There will be an even bigger carpet than on the pictures and a dining table for the floor (japanese style), so i hope you enjoy chilling on the ground. There is a standard bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms (including yours) and one working room that i use for my freelance photography work. There is also a backyard where you can leave your bike or have a sunny breakfast in summer. A livingroom balcony rounds the package up.

The apartment is located at Harras. 5-7 minutes away from S-Bahn, U-Bahn, bus. 15 minutes by subway to the city center. By bike you are at the Isar in 10 minutes and at the Westpark in 5 min. There is a bunch of supermarkets, bakeries, brunch cafes, restaurants etc. close by.

My current roomie Rohan has moved out to live with his girlfriend. Biiiig loss but hey, nothing is forever! So if you appreciate a big apartment with an easy going creative head, here you go. The apartment is waaaay too big and also a little too expensive for me alone. So let's share!

I am Munich born and raised and just turned 32. My current lifestyle spins all around music, art, design, movies, sports, fam&friends. I work as a freelance photographer in fashion and sports. That game is an up and down. Theres times when i will have a shit load to do and you'll find me in 24/7 editing mode. On other days (like summer) we might not see each other for days, cause life happens outside. And then there's days when we hang on the couch in the living room and watch a classy or trashy movie together, do a games night or start a cooking session. Asian food is the beeeeest (i am ready to debate this though).

I am looking for someone who has their own lifestyle, interests and friends but who is also down to mix this up with mine from time to time.

What i found to be most important in a WG is straight communication and respect. Do not hold back when something is bothering you and always communicate openly about the use of the shared places. When it comes to cleaning i am sure we'll find a way as two adults to keep the apartment in humane condition haha I like it clean but i am not a fanatic ;)
