I'm subletting my beautiful room in Neuhausen for February 2025, which can be further extended to a 6 month contract by arrangement. The room is a great size, about 17 m² and there is more than enough storage space. There is also a 5.4 m² balcony in the apartment which can be accessed through your future flatmate's room. The kitchen and bathroom are shared as well. The warm rent including everything is 900 € and a security deposit of 1000 €.
The room is rented with the following furniture:
- Bed with storage space (160 * 200 cm)
- Mattress, Blanket, pillow, bed linen
- Armchair
- Desk, Chair
- Chest of drawers
- Wardrobe
- Bedside table
The kitchen is new and fully equipped with:
- an oven, microwave, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, toaster. Additionally, there are also crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and pans, basically everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxed stay.
You are also welcome to view the room online or in person :)
The apartment is located in a great location, 10 mins walk from the Olympia Park. Its a quiet residential area and really well connected. The Nymphenburg palace is not far either.
TUM main campus / LMU can be reached in 20 mins
Public transport:
- Tram station "Heideckstraße" is a 4 min walk, can be easily reached by Tram 20/21.
- Subway station "Marienplatz" (U3/U6) is 20 mins away
- Central station "Hauptbahnhof Nord" is 15 mins away
- Subway station "Stiglmaierplatz" (U1/U7) is 10 mins away
There is en EDEKA right in front of the building, a Penny store 10 mins walk. Other shopping options like Lidl, DM, etc are easily accessible within 10 mins by public transport. There are also bakeries, pharmacy and restaurants close by.
The shared apartment is very relaxed and friendly. We like to chat together after work/ university, go for walks whenever time permits. But of course give others their own peace, quiet and privacy. We're both relatively tidy and appreciate cleanliness without going to extremes.
About your future flatmate:
Mattia is an engineering student and is currently doing her internship in Munich. She loves to cook, run, try different sports and read. She's outgoing, very considerate and communicative.
