The room is quite spacious and furnished with bed, closet, shelves/storage space as a basic setting you can adapt to your needs or preferences.

The best thing about the room is the location of the apartment, where you are 15 min away from city center, Tram station and Bus station within 1m away from the building entrance.
Sbahn station is Hirshgarten and Ubahn station is Westendstraße.
There are three grocery stores within 5 min walk (Penny, Edeka, HIT).

There are two of us living in the apartment, female and male -
software ingenieur and a dance teacher. Guess who's who. :)
We would like to find someone who would enjoy living with us and share some time together, but also respect privacy when needed. :)
We hang out, engage in some outdoor activities, started to boulder recently. Not to be only on this healthy side, we like to have drinks in the evenings when situation reveals itself. We live together for three months and would love to have someone who will share our everyday life with harmony and communication.

We would love to work on our german, but mostly we communicate in english.

Our work schedules vary, so we are flexible about house maintaining work. - Trying to handle it responsible. We have a cleaning schedule and it's a frame on which we rely to keep a tidy and comfortable living surrounding. Curious about different creative expressions, art forms, humor, plants and music.
