The room faces the south with a large window front and is almost square in shape.
There are a total of 3 rooms in the house itself, with the ground floor being occupied by the landlady and the upper floor by a very nice older lady.
This makes it nice and quiet in the house, you can also use the garden behind the house and there is a garage for your bikes and of course ,we also have a cellar compartment.
There is also a washing machine in the apartment.
Location
The apartment is located on Grevener Str. near Gut Kinderhaus and therefore on the outer border of Kinderhaus. Behind the house there is a forest where you can go for a nice walk and spend your free time.
Shops can be reached by bike in 3 minutes.
You can either go to the city in 15 minutes by bike (just up Grevener Str.) or 20 minutes by bus number 15 (Kristiansandstr.).
The indoor swimming pool and library, ice cream parlor, pastry shop, etc. can also be reached within 3 minutes by bike.

The items include a bed frame 90x200(used only 4 months), a mattress for 90x200(used only 2 months), a rug(used only 4 months), a drying rack(used only 4 months), a mirror, a lamp, a Yoga mat, a desk, two shelves, an office chair, white curtain, a small mattress, a thin blanket, kitchen items (potato knife, frying pan, pot, cup, plate, fork, spoon, knife, brita water filter, 5 containers)
And if you take over all the furniture, some items are given for for free, such as a warm duvet, a pillow, duvet and pillowcases, a cushion, cleaning items, multi-taps, and hangers.
