OG unseres Hauses und Dein Fenster zeigt auf unseren Vorgarten und die ruhige Anliegerstraße im Grünen. Dein Zimmer ist mit Auslegware ausgestattet. Ein maßangefertigtes Echtholzregal geht über die gesamte Wandbreite - dieses Zimmer war früher die Bibliothek des Hauses. Ein neues Bett mit LED Beleuchtung und einer Liegefläche von 160x200 lässt Dich hoffentlich gut träumen. Du kannst Dein Zimmer über ein Rollo verdunkeln, wenn Du das magst. Ein großer Schreibtisch und ein Bürostuhl (nicht der Gamingstuhl auf den Bildern) gehören zum gemieteten Inventar. Ein Ganzkörperspiegel und ein Butler für Deine Sachen stehen bereit. zusätzlichen Stauraum bietet der große Bettkasten unter dem Bett. Die Bilder sind vor Abschluss der Renovierungsarbeiten gemacht worden. Natürlich sind zum Einzug neue Steckdosen & Scheuerleisten, sowie der Spiegel angebracht. Du kannst das Mobiliar stellen wie Du möchtest - uns ist nur wichtig, dass Du pfleglich mit den Sachen umgehst und es bei Deinem Auszug wieder so steht wie Du es beim Einzug vorgefunden hast.

Auf Deiner Etage, auf dem Flur gegenüber wohnt Deine Mitbewohnerin. Ein Duschbad mit Waschbecken, WC, Dusche und Fenster befindet sich ebenfalls auf der Etage. Ein extra Waschraum mit 2 separaten Waschplätzen befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Flur.

Im Dachgeschoss und im Erdgeschoss wohnt jeweils noch ein Mitbewohner.

Du nutzt alle Gemeinschaftsräume mit. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das große gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender Terrasse zum Garten - für lauschige Abende. The room is located on the 1st floor of our house and your window faces our front garden and the quiet residential street in the countryside. Your room is furnished with carpeting. A custom-made real wood shelf spans the entire width of the wall - this room used to be the library of the house. A new bed with LED lighting and a sleeping area of 160x200 will hopefully let you dream well. You can darken your room with a roller blind if you prefer. A large desk and an office chair (not the gaming chair in the pictures) are part of the rented inventory. A full-length mirror and a butler for your belongings are available. The large bed box under the bed offers additional storage space. The pictures were taken before the renovation work was completed. Of course, new sockets and skirting boards, as well as the mirror, have been fitted for moving in. You can arrange the furniture however you like - it is only important to us that you treat the furniture with care and that it is in the same condition when you move out as it was when you moved in.

Your flatmate lives on your floor, in the corridor opposite. There is also a shower room with washbasin, WC, shower and window on the floor. An extra laundry room with 2 separate washing areas is also located in the hallway.

One other flatmate lives on the top floor and one on the first floor.




You share all the common rooms. On the first floor there is a large, cozy living room with an adjoining terrace overlooking the garden - for cozy evenings.
