its a fully furnished and big size private room :) its almost completely independent but you will still be using the same entrance as the other house mates.
Easily accessible with the public transport. Bus station "Pfanzeltplatz" is 3 minutes by walk.
S-Bahn station "Perlach" is 10 minutes by walk. You can also get to Neuperlach U bahn station in less than 10 minutes using the bus. Big super markets like Rewe and others are just around the corner.
It is an old building with a restaurant on the ground floor and the accommodation on the first and second floor. The building is occupied by a single family and they also own and operate the restaurant. You will be privately occupying one of the big rooms on the first floor and the remaining will be occupied by family. You will share the huge kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is almost always free because there is another kitchen in the restaurant downstairs and most of the cooking is done there.
The family is super friendly and you will know it once you meet them :) and they know how to respect privacy
P.S. You will get have the chance to taste really good food every now and then :)
