The room is on the 1st floor. It is 15 sqm in size and very bright, it has a large window and is partially furnished.
You share the large bathroom (with bathtub, extra shower and toilet) on the 1st floor with two roommates
Common area:
Ground floor: a guest toilet, a cloakroom, a large hallway and a very spacious kitchen with a large dining area
Basement: laundry room
The house is ideally located for the LMU Großhadern Clinic and the Martinsried university, but the LMU or TUM and the other universities in Munich can also be easily reached by public transport (city center area, approx. 45 minutes). It's a 7-minute walk to the Planegg S-Bahn station, from there there are buses to Martinsried and Großhadern and of course the S-Bahn (S-6) to the city center (15 minutes to Marienplatz). In addition, a MVV bus stops almost directly in front of the garden door and takes you to the Planegg or Gräfelfing S-Bahn stations. Both train stations are in the city center area (M zone)
In Planegger Bahnhofstrasse (10 minutes on foot) there are all the shops you need, such as a supermarket, drugstore, bakery, etc.
After 50 meters you can run or walk in the forest, after 10 minutes you can cycle to the free Würmbad/swimming area.
Your roommates are between 20 and 30 years old, come from Mexico, Germany and India and are studying chemistry and business administration or are training to become biology laboratory technicians.
You can cook and eat together in the large kitchen and the large garden is ideal for sunbathing and barbecuing together, etc. If it rains, you can go to the large covered terrace.
Internet access via WiFi is available and included. Smoking (including shisha, e-cigarettes, etc.) only in the garden/on the terrace.
