**Fotos of the room will come soon**
The room is free from 01.10. on, but flexible moving in date might be possible. There is also no minimum living period but I would appreciate 6+ months.
The room is big, with a carpet floor and two windows and one wall. You will be able to take over the closet, bed, desk and sofa from the current tenant if you want to.
Apart from that we have two bathrooms, one with a toilet and the other with a shower/bathtub. A bigger kitchen, hallway and two storage rooms. The flat is fully furnished including a dishwasher and washing machine but I am super open to re-decorating. :)
Pets might be allowed, we could talk to the landlady about it.
The flat is located in Holesovice, one of the upcoming areas of Prague. Rather quiet with lots of flats around, but also some business buildings and of course restaurants and cafes close by. The city center is easily reachable (around 20-25 min) and nothing is further than 60 min away, even the outskirts of the city. We have 3 super markets and 2 drug stores close by, 3 public transport stations in 5-10 min walking distance and the subway line C around 15 min by walking away.
My name is Ty, I am 26 and I moved from Germany to Prague in February. So far I lived with Dawid, a nice guy from the Netehrlands but he needs to move due to his new job. Therefore I am looking for a fun and easy-going new flat mate. :)
I would appreciate to live with someone who is easy to talk to, picks up after themselves and is interested in not just living but also actively doing things together.
This is an inclusive space no matter gender, race, sexual orientation or nationality.
If you rather communicate in German, feel free to text in German. I just wrote in English so it is more inclusive :) If you speak Spanish, please make me your practice partner haha.
From September on the contract with our landlady changes and we will have to pay electricity and heat ourselves, which is why the utilities price mentioned above is only a guess. I still have to figure out how much exactly it will be but shouldn't be more than 80€ per Person (I hope).
Just for transparency: The flats rent is 25.000 czk divided by two + utilities.
