Unusual apartment, quiet in the back yard, slightly enchanted, simple and old-fashioned-omam furnished, 3 rooms very nicely cut, with a green balcony, small tea room / guest bedroom with Japanese tatami, single kitchen with dishes, small bathroom with Shower - preferably for commuters / frequent travelers or people on shift work, but also for interns and students.
The rental period could be extended if necessary.
As the apartment is part of a design project, I would like to point out, as a precaution, that it is still in a work-in-progress stage in terms of equipment / furnishings - - yet it is cozy and very quiet. :-)
The apartment is located in a partially renovated apartment building in central Offenbach; very good transport connections (S-Bahn: Marktplatz and Offenbach Ost); very good shopping facilities (supermarket), five minutes to the banks of the Main - and is equipped with the bare essentials. Washing machine in the basement for tenant, fast WiFi.
Also ideal for commuters and employees of companies at the Kaiserlei!
