Two room will be available for rent in our lovely and sunny apartment in Rome.
The flat is located in Monteverde vecchio, a residential area right on the Gianicolo hill, where you can enjoy one of the most famous view of the city. The apartment is next to two big parks of Villa Sciarra and Villa Pamphili and you can easily reach Trastevere and the City centre in 10 minutes by bus. The area is well connected with buses, trains and trams which link to metro A and B and to the central Termini Station. In the area, you find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars etc.
The apartment is on the 5th floor (no worry, there is an elevator ).
There are 3 rooms in total in the apartment, so you will be sharing the flat with other two people - students and young professionals. There is also a kitchen with a dining table and a shared bathroom. The flat is very bright and sunny all year around and all windows face an internal courtyard, which makes the apartment very quiet and enjoyable.
The living style of the apartment is very relaxed, and generally people living here are either exchange students or young professionals.
Room 1: 560 per month - The room is very spacious, fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, book shelf
Room 2: 450 Eurp per month - The room has a single bed, desk, wardrobe, book shelf
All expenses are included in the price EXCEPT from electricity bills which normally accounts for 30 Euro extra per month depending on consumption
