The apartment has 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens. 3 bathrooms. Large terrace with outdoor eating area. Fireplace oven for Italian pizza and barbecue grill. The house is composed of two different apartments next to each other. In one of the apartments live my two young boys. They enjoy welcoming new people coming in and like to share culture and fan.
Everything is at walking distance: post office, many grocery stores, open market where to buy fresh fruits and vegetables...
and even Mc Donald across the street
Rooms start from 450 € up to 650
150 euro is necessary to reserve (not refundable) and cover the room equipment costs (blankets/sheets/linens/towels/pillows) & keys delivery

The house is very well connected to the centre by Local Bus (46 / 49 / 916 / 907) to Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna ect. Or Metro line A Battistini just 10 minutes away on foot. The area is very well served with 3 local grocery stores and open market with fresh produce. Bank and Post Office across the street.
The flatmates are international student or italian young workers.
