WG-Zimmer bei Innsbruck

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage in Rum mit Ausblick auf Innsbruck, Hall und den Patscherkofel. Man ist von der Wohnung aus schnell in den Bergen und kann gut von hier aus wandern gehen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und von dort ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten in der Stadt (mit dem Rad sind es etwa 20-25 Minuten). Der nächste Supermarkt (MPreis) ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und Samstags ist ein Wochenmarkt nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Wir haben auch einen eigenen Parkplatz den du benutzen könntest, da ich kein Auto habe.

The house lies in a quiet area in Rum with a view towards Innsbruck, Hall and Ptascherkofel. You can go hiking very easily from the apartment, the trails are only a few meters up the hill. The next bus stop is only 3 minutes away, taking you in 15 to 20 minutes into the city. If you want to bike into the city, you need a bit more time but still possible in abaout 25 minutes. To get groceries or anything else from a supermarket you can walk in 10 minutes to the MPreis, even open on Sunday monings. Saturday mornings, we have a farmers market only a few hundred meters downhill.
The driveway infront of the house includes one parking space for us and I don´t have a car so it is free to use for you.

Ich bin Vera (26) und studiere Ökologie im 3. Semester Master. Ich gehe gerne auf ausgiebige Spaziergänge, gehe öfters wandern und lese viel wenn ich die Kapazität dazu habe. Meine Interessen sind sehr breit, jedoch stark auf Diversität, Nachhaltigkeit und Natur(schutz) fokussiert.
Ich bin recht offen und führe gerne längere Gespräche über die verschiedensten Dinge. In der WG fände ich es schön, wenn man abends öfters mal zusammen sitzt und vielleicht etwas (veganes) kocht, aber hauptsächlich gut miteinander reden kann. Ich bin ein eher ruhiger Mensch, also fände ich es gut wenn du das für die WG auch mitbringst. Da wir eine Familie im Stock unter uns Wohnen haben, ist unter der Woche eh gegen 21 Uhr Ruhe angesagt.

My name is Vera (26) and I am currently in my 3rd Master Semester, Ecology. I like being outdoors, go for extensive walks or hike on the mountains. When given enough headspace from my studies, I like to read as well. My interests are quite broad but focused on diversity, sustainability and nature(conservation).
I am an open person and like to talk about a lot of things. In the flat, I would like to get together sometimes, possibly cooking something (plantbased) or share some tea/coffee together. As a person I am rather quiet, so I would appreciate you to have this trait to a certain degree as well. Because a family lives underneath us, it should be quite at a reasonable time anyways.

Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan. Ich bin nicht super ordentlich, aber es sollte in den Gemeinschaftsräumen doch einigermaßen sauber ausschauen. Man sollte sich ja auch wohlfühlen und wenn etwas nicht passt, das auch ansprechen können.
Die Miete ist inklusive allem (auch Internet). Wie erwähnt, wird das Zimmer ab 01.09 frei aber kann auch erst bis 01.10 bezogen werden.
Wenn dich das alles anspricht, kannst du dich gerne melden und zu einer Besichtigung vorbeikommen! Fände es toll wenn du ein bisschen was zu dir schreibst :) UND ob/wann du zwischen 30.08 und 06.09 Zeit für eine WG Besichtigung und ein erstes Kennenlernen hast.

We do have a weekly cleaning schedule. I am not the best organized person but it should be clean in our coomon area. Everyone should be able to feel comfortable and if something is a miss, we should be able to talk about it.
Rent includes everything (Internet as well). The room will be available at September first but move in is possible until the first of Okotber.
