I am travelling for the period of the offer and would like to offer my room as sublet.
I am looking for someone responsible and who goes along with my roommate.

The apartment is very centrally located on Karcherstrasse, where the police are. The location couldn't be better for the city center.
If you are new to the city, these are the most important locations for us, which are all walking distances :
We are
• 7 minutes walk from hauptbahnof,
• Bahnofstraße is 4 minutes walk.
• bus to university is 2 minutes walking,
• Johanniskirche is 5 minutes walk
• Tram station ( S-bahn ) is 4 minutes walk with name Kaiserstraße.
• Netto, Aldi, Rewe, Europa Gallerie are all nearby within 10 minutes walk.
• there is a fresh vegetables market on next street.
• we have a good bakery on the next street.
• Bahnofstraße is nearby, so we got everything in walking reach.
We are Martin, Jakob and Atqa currently in the WG.
As part of shared life, we do some game nights, go for drinks or play billiards, or simply have a Chai together. All of us enjoy having short chats in the kitchen or whenever we interact. We expect that our new roommate will be socially active as well. During summer we can go for outdoor sports as well, Martin and Rohit like table tennis, and we can play in the park nearby. We also Martin and I ( Rohit ) started working out together at home and it's another activity we are enjoying.
Martin (35) works various shifts for a pharmaceutical company, so he is at work regularly. He has lived abroad for the last seven years and returned to Germany last year. He loves chatting with others and having a drink or playing a board game. He prefers eating to cooking, so ordering food has become his most expensive hobby lately :P
Rohit (25) ( i am the one subletting ) has been working as an AI engineer in Saarbrücken for 3 years. He comes from India. He likes to stay active and work out or run. He enjoys traveling, cooking and reading (editor's note: especially non-fiction). He is always ready to chat about anything. He has a hybrid work environment, which is why of the three of us he is at home the most. He likes to have a warm environment. You can join me for short or long runs :) . I am planning to go for swimming during the summer.
We are looking for someone who is social, responsible, takes care of the apartment well and goes along with people :)
