In one of four ultra-modern student houses, directly next to the campus of the University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, is the fully furnished and bright room. Everything you need is nearby: Public transportation, a shopping mall with supermarket, recreational areas, etc.
The room has about 16 m² and is located in a two-room apartment with a total of 54 m² and a roof terrace. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a single bed, a double-door closet, a desk with chair and a shelf and thus offer the perfect and ideal place to stay during your studies, training, internship, working student activity, etc.. Each room has access to the roof terrace. The apartments were built from 2013 and are very modern and energy efficient.
In the entrance area is the white fitted kitchen, which has a two-plate stove with illuminated extractor hood, a refrigerator and storage space in upper and lower cabinets.
The bathroom has white wall and light gray floor tiles and is modernly equipped with a ground-level shower, a warming towel rack and a large mirror.
For storage space, there is an internal storeroom in the apartment on the one hand, and a separate compartment in the basement on the other. For your laundry, communal coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for use.
Your bicycle is also stored safely and dryly in the designated basement area.

With a population of over 55,000, Sankt Augustin is the second largest city in the Rhein-Sieg district and is located in the immediate vicinity of Bonn. Due to the ideal connection to the airport freeway A59 and the A3, all cities in the surrounding area can be reached very quickly. The railroad line 66 takes you from "Sankt Augustin Zentrum" to the ICE station Siegburg/Bonn within a few minutes or to Bonn in only 15 minutes. From Siegburg as well as from Bonn you have excellent connections to Cologne.
The location is perfect for the Bonn Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, Bonn University, Cologne University, Bad Honnef University of Applied Sciences, etc. For students of the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences it is ideal: within 5-10 minutes you are sitting in the lecture rooms of the Sankt Augustin campus.
The student house is located in the center of the city of Sankt Augustin, directly at the campus of the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. All stores for daily needs (Shopping mall, Aldi & Lidl discounter) are only a few minutes away.
The newly built shopping mall "Huma", which is only about 200 meters away, also offers a large Real supermarket and a Saturn technology market, as well as countless other stores of the popular clothing chains, cafes and service providers.
Some become close friends, others remain roommates. In the beautiful furnished double apartment you have enough free space and privacy. The WG life with your future roommate is very relaxed, you have the possibility to eat or drink together at the folding table in the hallway, but also complete retreat is well possible. Currently there is one tenant looking for a roommate.
