single room needed, any size, male Asian student

i'm a student from Viet Nam, who will start my master program in university of applied sciences in Schmalkalden. i'm look for a room around the university area or has good public transport connection. I would appreciate a study-friendly environment.
My budget is around 300 € per month and open to share with everyone. i'm responsible,tidy, and a quiet atmosphere, but i am also friendly and open to socializing with my housemates. i plan to move in 1 st of October, so i am looking for something available around that time. if you have a place or know of one. i would love to hear from you
