Hi there :) we are looking for a fourth flatmate for our cosy place in Degerloch. Available from 01.01.2025 but date is flexible.
It's not only a wonderful and big room but all in all a comfy flat and great location. All furniture stays so you can comfortably just come with your things. The entire shared apartment is quite large, this is the biggest room. We have a shared bathroom and toilet. A shared kitchen and with a bright Wintergarten/balcony. We are on the second floor, the third floor (the attic) has rooms for hanging laundry ☀️
It's a quiet flat and quiet location, yet only 2 minutes to supermarkets and public transport.
Location
The flat is in a great spot, only one minute to the underground (from there 10 minutes to Charlottenplatz (center), 12 minutes to HBF. There are many offers nearby, 1-3 minutes to Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Tegut, Naturgut and DM. Pharmacies and cafés are close by as well.
Flatmates
Sana just finished her Masters, has great cooking skills and amazes me by how much time and effort she puts into creating meals. She is definitely up for company and it's nice to casually meet up in the kitchen for a chat. Rutuja works at Daimler and is also still settling in in Stuttgart and I'm sure would be up for some activities :)
I'm a working student (duales Studium) studying business for nonprofit organisations. I am out a lot, dancing at a studio, meeting friends, traveling whenever I have some time off. We'd love an active flatshare life, chatting and going places together - but not a must. Usually we end up chatting in the kitchen here and there.
Cleanliness matters to us! We have a weekly cleaning schedule where everyone does a specific task. So if you're a friendly person who enjoys a harmonious living environment, this room could be perfect for you.
We are all sometimes more sometimes less busy but would love someone who like to at least chat in the kitchen now and then and hopefully even more 🥰 Feel free to message and ask any questions, we'd love to get to know you!
