We're subleting this room for 2 months (February + March 2025)
The room is in great shape, having been renovated in early 2024. It is part of a beautiful, bright and fairly large apartment with 2 floors and 2 bathrooms. The top floor has a spacious kitchen / living area (couch + tv). Our apartment is generally very light-filled and quite adorable with many small and hidden corners. Both bathrooms are clean and quite new. Thankfully, a washing machine is easily accessible and there is a dish washer to save the peace.
The room is furnished with a bed, a 140x200cm mattress, two small shelves and a large fixed closet.
Our flat is located in East Stuttgart, just 3-7 minutes from all the beautiful parks you need (Villa Berg, Schlosspark, Rosensteinpark). With some bias we dare to say it's one of the more interesting districts of the city. The U-Bahn Station „Bergfriedhof“ (U4/U9) is just 5 minutes around the corner and there are plenty possibilities to grab something to eat and for grocery shopping nearby (REWE, Penny, Bioladen, Asiamarkt, Burger and Döner shops…)
We're finding ourselves in a transitional phase und hope you might join us for 2 months and take refuge in our lovely flat during these cold, early days of the year.
With five people, our WG is usually fairly alive and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. There is no pressure to hang out but when the mood is right we love to find each other in the kitchen or living room, cook, netflix and talk. Guests have always been welcome and it’s been refreshing to have different cultures and languages at our table!
We don’t have to carry the famous Swabian yoke called „Kehrwoche“, since an external service is taking care of the house. Internet and GEZ are included in the extra costs. We have developed a flawless, weekly cleaning schedule and would be happy to find someone eager to join in our efforts.
