The apartment has two light, large-size rooms (ca. 25-25 m2). The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, the toilet is separated. The large kitchen-diner (ca. 15 m2) is equipped with newly renovated furniture, new oven, micro-wave and a large refrigerator.
The flat is on the first floor of a house (altogether 4 flats are in it, all rented by incoming students, mostly from Germany). There is a garden to relax, and here the bicycle could be stored.
The flat is located in the very centre of Szeged. The street of the flat is quiet, clean, and shaded by trees, but the flat is over them, so they do not shade the flat. The flat is facing to east (rooms) and to west (kitchen diner). The staircase is spacious and sunny too.
The tram station is ca. 2 min, the main Library of the University (TIK) is in 3 minutes by walk, the buildings of the university are in 5-10 minutes walk. From the flat everything is easily accessible. However, to use a bicycle at Szeged is a good idea!
The larger is to be rented. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet should be shared.
The smaller room is occupied by a student, who studies biology (MSc) at the University. She likes to keep the fat tidy, and she is very kind and friendly.
The utility fee of the flat depends on your consumption. It includes waste, electricity, water and gas (for heating) usage. The heating system is brand new, and has low cost, and it is closed system (so no poisonous gases could enter the flat).
The owner of the flat speaks English, so it is easy to solve all the problems during your stay!
