The Flat has two bedrooms. The available one has a double bed, small desk, one big closet. The flat is in the 3rd floor (with elevator), very luminous quiet, very comfortable. There are a big living room (suitable to host friends for a drink or drinks lol), bathroom (with bath tub) with seperate toilet. A full equiped kitchen to use.
very important: It's not possible to get APL
The location of the flat is great. The metro station is 100m far away from the building thus, we just need 3min to go the dowtown (jean jaures, Capitole).
As regards shops around, everything (supermarket,bakery, grocery, pharmacy...) is less than a 4 minutes footwalk.
I used to flatshare but my former mate (a German Erasmus) just left so I have one big room free.
The experience was great, we used to partying a lot together.
The life in the flat is very cool...I'm really easy going and open minded, always up to throw a party or to do many other activities.
The Apartment is renovated and very clean and apparently im a cleaner master lol but don't freak up.
I speak english quite well but I forgot all the Germany I learnt in the highschool.
