Bright and very quiet room with balcony, fully furnished (single bed, three-door wardrobe, desk and chair, small chest of drawers) in an elegant ancient building with very high ceilings.
The room has its own private bathroom with shower. Last renovation 2016.
The area is lively and very central. It is very well served by public transport and close to all university faculties.
A stone's throw away, every morning, there is a large market where you can find everything at reasonable prices.
Plenty of supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants are at walking distance. The Valentino, the oldest and most famous public park in Turin, is just a few steps away.
Information on the other two tenants:
a 25-year-old Italian student (Medicine).;
a 28-year-old German Erasmus student (Politecnico).
Both students have a friendly personality; they have lived in shared apartments and have a great spirit of coexistence and respect for common areas.
The building has a lift and the apartment is on the second floor.
The apartment has gas water heater (Durchlauferhitzer) and WI-FI.
