Big Room in 1030 flatshare

Wir haben rund 7 verschiedene Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe, darunter ein Türkisch und "Asisch" und ein paar nette Restaurants, die wir manchmal von oder zu gehen, müssen wir trotzdem eine Bar-Tour zu tun, um unsere nächste regelmäßige Bar zu finden.
In der Nähe befinden sich die U3, 4A, 74A, 77A, 71 Tram sowie die S-Bahn Rennweg.
Und mit einem Fahrrad sind Sie fast überall in Wien in 20-25 min, mit denen wir meistens umgehen.
Der Arenbergpark ist direkt neben unserer Wohnung und sehr schön, obwohl er nicht zu groß ist.

We have around 7 different supermarkets in close proximity, including a Turkish and "Asian" and a bunch of nice restaurants that we sometimes take out from or go to, we still need to to do a bar-tour to find our next regular bar though.
A bunch of public transport is close, the U3, 4A, 74A, 77A, 71 Tram, as well as S-Bahn Rennweg.
And with a bike you're almost everywhere in Vienna in 20-25 min, which we mostly get around with.
The Arenbergpark is right next to our flat and quite nice, even though it's not too big.

Max 25m:
Viennese, ein Master in Informatik, und über einen neuen Teilzeitjob, Max lebt und reiste die Welt, von Finnland und den Niederlanden nach Japan und den Philippinen. Er macht köstliche typisch österreichische Knödel, liebt es zu schwimmen und zu klettern, und denkt, man kann nie zu viel von drei Dingen haben: Pflanzen, Kissen und Aperol Spritz.

Marina 24f:
Von Malta zog nach Wien, um in einer internationalen Organisation zu arbeiten und versuchte sehr schwer, Deutsch zu lernen. Sie lebte auch in vielen Ländern, hält sich gerne mit Tanz, Kinobesuchen und Essensaktivitäten beschäftigt. An einem schlechten Tag ist der Boden ihre Komfortzone.

Moritz 26m:
Auch aus Wien und seinen Masters in Biotechnologie an der Boku University, Moritz liebt Ski-, Kletter- und Spielbrettspiele, vor allem Settlers of Catan. Er ist auch ein ausgezeichneter Musiker und DJ, und liebt es zu kochen (insbesondere Ramen, echte Ramen, nicht sofort Nudeln).

Wir sind sehr gute Freunde in der Wohnung und Marina und Moritz sind ein Paar. Wir verbringen gerne gemeinsame Abende, spielen Brettspiele, beobachten Filme oder teilen einen Drink oder vier (wir haben ein sehr beeindruckendes Alkoholregal). Während des Tages ist die Wohnung meist ruhig und ruhig, und manchmal tun Max und Marina Heimkehr.

Max 25m:
Viennese, a Masters in Computer Science, and about to start a new part-time job, Max has lived and travelled the world, from Finland and the Netherlands to Japan and the Philippines. He makes delicious typical Austrian Knödel, loves to swim and go climbing, and thinks one can never have too much of three things: plants, cushions and Aperol Spritz.

Marina 24f:
From Malta, moved to Vienna to work in an international organisation, and trying very hard to learn German. She has also lived in many countries, likes to keep herself busy dancing, cinema-going, and doing food-related activities. On a bad day, the floor is her comfort zone.

Moritz 26m:
Also from Vienna and starting his Masters in Biotechnology at Boku University, Moritz loves to ski, climb and play boardgames, especially Settlers of Catan. He's also an excellent musician and DJ, and loves to cook (especially Ramen, real Ramen, not instant noodles).

We are very good friends in the flat and Marina and Moritz are a couple. We like to spend evenings cooking together, playing Boardgames, watching movies or sharing a drink or four (we have a very impressive alcohol shelf). During the day the flat is mostly quiet and calm, and sometimes Max and Marina do home-office.

Wir haben einen Reinigungsplan, gemeinsames WLAN, wir teilen einige Dinge in der Küche wie Öl, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Gewürze, etc., aber immer noch alle haben unsere separaten Zutaten. Aber wir sind auch immer offen für Vorschläge :)

Wenn Sie einen Staubsauger besitzen, dass Sie mitbringen werden, das ist ein Plus, 'cus the old flatmate wird sie mitnehmen.

We have a cleaning schedule, shared Wifi, we share some things in the kitchen like oil, onions, garlic, spices, etc. but still all have our separate ingredients. But we're also always open for suggestions :)

If you own a Vacuum cleaner, that you will bring, thats a plus, 'cus the old flatmate will take hers with her.
