Ich suche einen Mitbewohner/eine Mitbewohnerin im Alter zwischen 18 bis 25 Jahre mit dem/der ich ein angenehmes und harmonisches WG Leben führen kann.

Ein paar Sachen über mich
Ich (Niklas, 19) studiere Wirtschaftsrecht (Würde von mir selber behaupten das die WU Klischees nicht auf mich zutreffen ;) ). Über mich gibt es noch zu sagen, dass ich schon ein ordentlicher Mensch bin, aber nicht immer alles perfekt ausschauen muss. Ebenso ist mir ein gemeinschaftliches mithelfen im Haushalt wichtig. Außerdem mache ich viel Sport, koche gerne und unternehme viel mit Freunden.

Für mich ist wichtig das wir freundlich und offen miteinander umgehen und sagen können, wenn uns etwas stört. Ich fände es auch nett wenn wir nicht nur ans uns vorbei leben sondern auch mal z.B. gemeinsam Sport machen (natürlich kein muss), am Abend vielleicht auch mal was trinken gehen, oder fortgehen. Natürlich ist es auch wichtig sich gegenseitig seine Freiräume zu lassen wenn man mal Zeit für sich braucht oder im Lern/Arbeitsstress ist. Es kann hin und wieder vorkommen das Freunde zu besuchen kommen, natürlich wird hier Rücksicht auf dich genommen, und du bist herzlich eingeladen dich dazu zu gesellen und natürlich auch selber Freunde einzuladen. Ebenso sind Haustiere gerne willkommen :)

I am looking for a flatmate/roommate aged between 18 to 25 years with whom I can live a pleasant and harmonious flat-sharing life.

A few things about me
I (Niklas, 19) am currently studying law at the WU. I would like to say that I am a tidy person, but not everything has to look perfect all the time. Sharing the work in the household is also really important to me. I do a lot of sports, like to cook and hang out with friends.

It is important for me that we are friendly and open with each other and that we can tell each other if something bothers us. I also think it would be nice if we didn't just pass each other by, but do sports together (not a must ;)), maybe went out for a drink in the evening, or go clubbing if you want. Of course, it's also important to give each other space when you need time for yourself or when you're under a lot of stress from studying or work. Another point for me is humour, as it is much more fun to live together when you can laugh together and don't take everything too seriously.It can happen that some friends come to visit in the evening (of course you will be taken into consideration) and you are of course invited to join us and you can do the same with your friends. Pets are also welcome :)

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 550 Euro. Eventuell kommt noch eine kleine Summe für Wlan dazu das muss aber noch geregelt werden, ebenso bin ich gerne bereit hier Zugänge für Netflix, Disney+, Dazn und NBA League Pass zu inkludieren ;)
