looking for flatshare for a period of 9-12 months. any place along S7 route.

Hello.

I am looking for a room (maybe flatshare or single room) starting from DEC 2019 for the period of at least 9-12 months with the possibility of extending it later. I will not be bringing anything with me so it would be helpful if the room is partly furnished (a bed, a table).

my requirements:
1. room with at least 10sqm.
2. internet connection.
3. good public transport connectivity to the house.
4. washing machine.

small info about me:
I am from Bangalore India, I am studying electrical engineering at Hochschule Darmstadt. I Will starting my Master Thesis at a company in Wolfratshausen from December. I will turn 27 this November. I am Vegetarian and mostly will be cooking at home meals.
