Subletting our beautiful, spacious & bright 2-room Apartment in Prenzlauer Berg (Ringbahn) - No Anmeldung - Only Temporary - Ideal for Couples

Hello there!

We are a gay couple who are going on a trip to Chile during 05/02 - 22/03. For instance we are subletting our apartment for this period of time, our apartment is very spacious, bright and cozy. There is a nice big hallway, spacious bathroom with bathtub, kitchen fully equipped, bedroom with king bed and rooftop terrace & living with dining area and big smart TV with Netflix & Disney Plus.

We are looking for a responsible, tidy and clean tenant either single or a couple, either working or just getting to Berlin our apartment is a great option to start your life in this vibrant city!.

We will pass the apartment in great cleaning conditions so we expect the same when returning from our trip. The apartment is fully equipped so you won't need anything more for your stay here, there is a space for parking your bicycle inside the building as well :).


We would like to hear from you! Please send us a message with a brief description of you and your current situation. We ask for a caution deposit of 1000€ which will be returned as soon as we arrive back and see the apartment in the same conditions we left it.

Price per month is 1950€ warm with all included (we prioritise people that can rent the whole period)
