Welcome to my flat with a nice cat.

I'm going to France for 1 month and i would be happy to find someone who likes my flat but also obviously cats :) :) ....
Taking care of my nice cat is the most important thing for me :)

Warning: my cat is very nice and sweet (never aggressive at all) but also old and very demanding sometimes. You should be aware that he can sometimes harrass you for food or cuddling (with a lot of meowing)... That's why a true cat lover would be perfect...

The flat is a 25m2 new flat (5 years old) with balcony and elevator for 700 euros all included.

Its available from the 10th of june 2025 to 13th of may 2025 and it's for 1 person only (no WG please)

Unfortunately "Anmeldung" is not possible.... Please be aware of that.

It's located in Friedrichshain between Ostkreuz station and Frankfurter Allee.

Most important thing is to be familiar with cats. Thats why i want to meet you in person before (or video call, if meeting is not possible), Cat food is provided and refunded by me :)

The price is 700 euros for 1 full month and includes everything: water, electricity, wifi, furnitures....

Location: 2 min from U5 (Frankfurter allee), 4 min from S-bahn (Frankfurter allee), 2 min from M13. Close to Oskreuz (7 min walking) and many bars / restaurants.

Ring Center Mall 3 min walking with supermakets, Rossmann, DM, Pharmacy,etc.

10 min walking to town hall. 5 min walking to Neue Bahnhofstr.
