SUBLET the perfect single/couples apartment in Fhain

Hi! I'm subletting my special little home in Fhain right at Petersburger Platz for the month of march.
It's a 2-room apartment, so one bedroom, and a living room with a little kitchen room attached + bathroom.
It's fully furnished, all you have to bring is yourself. I love the space, it's super cozy, big enough to even work from home, and very nicely furnished. You even have a beamer you can use to watch movies and most lights are changeable via app :)


If you're interested please provide me with a quick intro, maybe your Instagram or LinkedIn (so I know you're not a full stranger), and why you're looking for a place. Ideally, I'd love to have someone who's careful with my stuff, clean and doesn't throw a party - also I'm not making any money off this like others in Berlin, this is exactly part of what I pay in rent so its a fair sublet :)
