The apartment is located in the back-building looking over a nice courtyard and exceptionally quite (also, because you have no one above you).

You can walk to S Ostkreuz in 6 minutes or you take one of the busses stopping directly in front of the house. To S Treptower Park it is a 10 minute walk, crossing the Elsenbrücke, with a nice view over the Spree and Rummelsburgerbucht.

Take a long walk through nature on Stralauer Halbinsel or if you like a Kiez-vibe walk to Boxhagner Platz and sit in one of the many Cafés (walking 20 minutes, with the bike you are a lot faster).

For the party animals, you have Renate, Else and Osthafen basically across the street. Berghain is 10 minutes bike ride away, same as Sisyphos (which is unfortunately closed in February).

You have a Lidl next to the building and an Edeka at the street crossing, for last minute shopping choose one of 5 Spätis in the near surrounding.

We will make a subletting contract for you and my safety and you would have to pay a deposit of 800€.
