Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone, eine wunderschöne Küche, 1 Bad, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Büro.
Sie wird voll möbliert untervermietet und im Mietpreis ist alles inklusive. Ihr müsst also nur eure persönlichen Sachen mitbringen.
Es ist durch die kurze Mietzeit keine Anmeldung möglich und auch kann die Mietzeit nicht verlängert werden.
Wir möchten gerne eine Monatsmiete als Kaution.

The apartment is in Friedrichshain, in the Samariterkiez - just couple of minutes away from Frankfurter Tor and 10 minutes by Ubahn to Alexanderplatz.
The apartment has 2 balconies, a beautiful kitchen, 1 bath, 1 bedroom and 1 office.
We will rent out the apartment fully furnished and there is everything included in the rent. So you only need to bring your personal belongings.
Because of the short rental time, there is no possibility to do Anmeldung and we are also unable to extend the time of the rental.
We ask for a deposit of one month rent.
