Hello hello! I'm subletting my flat from end of Jan to end of March. (beginning & end dates flexible).

Base rent is €1000 + utilities €200 (electricity, heat, wifi). There will be a deposit required which will be returned after the sublet period.

The flat has 2 rooms, 65sqm (the bedroom is 30 sqm, livingroom 18sqm which connects to the kitchen). The flat gets a lot of light (bedrooms facing NE, and livingroom facing South).

I'm looking for someone who will be mindful of the flat, and can also help with watering my plants while I'm away.

The flat is on the 5th floor, no elevator.

The flat is located in Kreuzberg - Sudstern. U7 Sudstern is 5 min walk from the flat.

The location is super quiet, family oriented and close to a lot of the buzzing areas :)
5 min walk to Hasenheide park, 10 min walk to the canal, 10 min walk to Bergmannkiez, 7 min walk to Graeferkiez.

There is the food/farmer‘s market every Saturday right outside the flat where you get can fresh groceries, fresh meat/fish/cheese etc.

And ofc, I can share with you all of my recommendations in the area! A lot of great cafes, bars and restaurants close by 🌸
