We are offering our beautiful 2-bedroom (3-Zimmer) apartment in Mitte for sublet from October 1st to November 30th. The apartment is fully furnished and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including kitchenware, bedding, and furniture.
Located in a fantastic area, the apartment is on the 8th floor (with elevator) and features a large balcony. You'll find Lidl in the building, as well as a variety of shops and amenities like Rossmann, gyms, and pharmacies nearby.
There’s also the possibility of taking over the contract permanently starting in December, subject to the landlord’s approval. We will provide a recommendation to the landlord, making it easier to secure the permanent contract.
