Erleben Sie mit unserem Pine Superior Apartment komfortables, möbliertes Wohnen auf Zeit. Mit Apartmentgrößen von 31-37 Quadratmetern, maßgeschneidert und auf den Grundriss optimiert, kommen sie ganz groß heraus. Mit einem gemtülich-offenen Wohn- und Schlafbereich sowie offener Küche laden unsere Pine Superior Apartments Sie zum sofortigen Wohlfühlen ein. Buchen Sie Ihr Apartment mit einem eigenen Balkon zum Entspannen beim 1. Mietdauer & Kosten:
Mindestmietdauer 7 Monate: 1.206 EUR pro Monat "(inkl. aller Betriebskosten und Nebenkostenvorauszahlung mit individueller Abrechnung)"

*Preise variieren je nach Aufenthaltszeitraum und Mietdauer. Nach Ablauf des Mietvertrages sind Neuverträge für die Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes möglich.

Für einen Aufenthalt ab 7 Monaten beträgt die Kaution zwei Monatsmieten.

With a balanced mix of natural materials and selected vintage pieces, we combine simplicity with a warm aesthetic. Here, it's easy to recharge your batteries and clear your head for the next day.

Discover a comfortable & furnished flat for your temporary stay at our “Pine Superior” Apartment. With apartment sizes ranges from 31 to 37 square meters, tailor-made and optimized to the floor plan, your feeling of well-being comes out big. With a cozy open living and sleeping area as well as an open kitchen, our Pine Superior Apartments invite you to feel at home immediately. Take one with a balcony for relaxing with the 1st coffee in your hand to start an exciting new day or a last sip of wine at sunset and complete your living experience here with us.

Rent Duration & Prices:
Minimum rent duration 7 months: 1.206 EUR per month "(including all operating costs and advance payment for ancillary costs with individual settlement)"

*Prices may vary depending on length of stay and rental period. After the lease agreement expires, new contracts for extending the stay are possible.

For tenants staying 7-12 months, we will require two month’s all-in rent as a deposit. All of this is also shown in detail within our digital booking process.
