APRIL BIS JULI // Wunderschöne, frisch renovierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung

Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne, frisch renovierte Wohnung für 3,5 Monate unter (14.4.-31.7.2025) und freuen uns über verlässliche, liebe Menschen, die in dieser Zeit dort sein möchten.
Es besteht evtl. die Option, die Zwischenmiete bis 31.August 2025 zu verlängern.

Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, Küche, Bad und Flur. Sie liegt im im 4.Stock, dadurch hell, mit Fenstern zum Innenhof und damit sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert. Ein Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Tisch, Stühle, etc. Sind vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und Fahrradständer im Innenhof sind ebenfalls vorhanden.


We are subletting our beautiful, newly renovated flat for 3,5 months (14.4.-31.7.2025) and are happy to welcome reliable, lovely people, who would like to be there for this period.
The might possibly be the option to prolong the sublet until the 31st of august 2025.

The flat has two rooms which can be entered seperately (bedroom and living room), a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway. It's on the 4th floor, therefore bright, with windows towards the patio and thus very calm.
The flat is partly furnished. A bed, a wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. are available. A washing machine, a dishwasher, and bicycle racks in the inner courtyard are available as well.
