We sublet our apartment on Weserstr when we are gone on holiday. If you don't know Weserstr. it's a lively street in the heart of Neukolln full of restaurants and bars at a few minutes' walking distance from Hermannplatz :)
You'll have 2 rooms: a bedroom (with double bed and wardrobe), and a living room (with convertible couch and dining table). You will also have an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine), and a bathroom with a bathtub.
We're away are looking for someone to sublet during this time (the whole period).
No parties or loud events are allowed, this is a residential building with families and there would be some plants to take care of. The flat retains most of our items staying in place (the pictures are from the previous tenants so some furniture would be different now), for this reason, we request a deposit of 500 EUR.
The rent is 850€/month and 400€ for the whole period.
The flat is located on the part of Weserstr. that have a lot of bars and restaurants!
