Dear applicants,
The flat is well distributed, is a one room apartment, in the heart of NK. it has a well equipped bathroom, kitchen, hallway, sleeping / living room. The flat will be partially equipped.
Before you continue reading I want to explain what I am offering, and I ask you to please only to apply if you really think you can apply to it.
I am moving to my GF flat and we are running a test trial to live together. The plan is as follows: I will move into her flat in the next weeks or 2 months. Then I will be renting my flat for a limited period of 6 months. If after these 6 months, we feel okay, I will rent the flat for another 6 months if you want to renew the contract. After the year, I will renew the contract one more time for 6 months, and after that, I will offer to pass my contract to you and you will have to sign a new contract with my landlord, the good thing is that after that, the rent is unlimited.
The flat I will rent it partially furnished, this means that I will be leaving most of my furniture behind, only a few items will be coming with me like airfryer, and maybe one or two pieces of furniture, that's why I am including the cost of my furniture in the rent. At the end of the rent, we can discuss what you want to keep or not. All extra details can be discussed when we meet.
The monthly amount includes the rent, nebenkosten, PLUS internet, TV & radio Tax, and electricity but these last I can delete them if you absorb them, for instance if you get your own internet provider or new electricity contract. The costs are as follows:
Rent 780 this includes rent itself plus nebenkosten such as cleaning of the building, water, heating etc
Internet (35), electricity (51) & TV and tax radio (19)
Furniture 200

The building is really well located, as mentioned, its literally in the heart of NK, in the Weserstr. walking distance you have an edeka (1min), then you have the channel (5 mins), then you have the 41 bus line in 5 mins, or the U7 in 10 mins. There are also many stores and coffees around such as lidl, aldi, h&m, and a cinema all of this in the shopping mall Arcade NK.
Of course there are also pharmacies and DM / Rossmanns.
