The apartment is 53 square meters and includes one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
It's located a 4 min walk from the Rathaus Neukölln, 7 min walk from Boddin strasse.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and Hinterhof, it's quiet.
Perfect for single or a couple.
Searching for clean, quiet and caring person who can take good care of the flat and water my plants 1 time for a or two weeks.🌱 Non-smoking. No pets and party. No anmeldung, sorry.

It's a cozy and well-decorated space situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Berlin, where you'll find numerous markets, cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Tempelhofer feld, Maybachufer are also neighbours🌳
