The flat is for someone that will keep regular cleaning and daily aired for fresh air circulation as its in the contract aswell this rule
and for evonomic people with resourses on electricity, water and warm water use / spending .

Its suitabke for home office work / study ( has a working desk by the window to a green patio )
Or just to live and relax after work , uni, atelier work or whatever activity and enjoy the hood nearby .
