Bedroom with premium foam mattress, a desk setup with big screen and possibility of standing desk. Living room with big extendable sofa and 1080 HD projector with screen. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and very fast wifi.

Direct sunlight in the morning in living room, afternoon in bedroom and kitchen (whenever there's sun in Berlin, ofc).

No pets (the dog in the picture was a visitor from 3 years ago).
