Unsere Wohnung ist für zwei Wochen vom 29. Juli bis 12. August verfügbar.

Wir würden gerne ein Paar oder eine nette und verantwortungsbewusste Person finden, welche eine Wohnung für zwei Wochen sucht.

Es ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung von etwa 50 m2. Sie hat zwei Zimmer plus Küche und Bad mit Wanne. Sie ist im Erdgeschoss Hochparterre, so dass die Wohnung im Sommer schön kühl bleibt. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, vor allem im Schlafzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer ist der Blick in den Garten und es ist ruhig und angenehm.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, um bequem zu leben, einschließlich voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und eine aufblasbare Matratze, falls dies benötigt wird. Es ist wichtig, dass Du Pflanzen gern hast, denn wir haben einige und diese müssen gegossen werden :)

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Supermärkten, Bäckerei und Apotheke in der Nähe. Sie ist zwei Blocks von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Siemensstr./Edisontr, die nach S. Kahrlshorst verbindet. Und 2 Häuserblocks von der Bushaltestelle, die dich in 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof S Schöneweide bringt. Vor dem Haus gibt es den Bus 365, welcher nach Baumschulenweg fährt.

In der Umgebung gibt es viele interessante Orte, die einen Besuch wert sind. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Wuhlheide Park, wo es ein öffentliches Schwimmbad gibt, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem zeitgenössischen Kunstraum namens Mahalla, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum RSO Club und Baergarten, usw. Auch kommt man schnell nach Grünau zum schwimmen im See oder spazieren im grünen.

Our apartment is available for two weeks from July 29th to August 12th.

We would like to find a couple or a nice and responsible person looking for a place to stay for preferably two weeks.

It is a nice old apartment of approximately 50m2. It has two bedrooms plus kitchen and bathroom with tub. It is located on the first floor, so the apartment is very cool in summer, there is a lot of light mainly in the master bedroom, in the back of the apartment there is a small garden so it is very quiet and there is a lot of privacy.

The apartment has everything you need to live comfortably, includes a kitchen, washing machine and we also have an inflatable mattress in case you need it. It is important that you like plants because we have a couple that will need watering 1-2 times a week. :)

Located in a quiet area with supermarkets, bakery and pharmacy nearby, the flat is two blocks from the Tram station Siemensstr./Edisontr which connects to S. Kahrlshorst. And 2 blocks from the bus stop which takes you in 5 min. to the station S Schöneweide. In front of the house there is another bus that takes you to S Baumschulenweg, and the Bus165 brings you to the city center.

There are many interesting places in the area worth visiting. 10 min walk to Wullheide Park where there is a public swimming pool, 10 min walk to a contemporary art space called Mahalla, 5 min walk to the RSO Club and Baergarten, etc. On the other hand, in 30 min. you can reach Grünau where there are nice places to swim in the nature.
