Since we won’t be in Berlin during this period, we’d love to rent out our beautiful, bright apartment on the trendy Oderbergerstraße – right next to Mauerpark!

The Apartment:
* 3-room apartment with a balcony
* Perfect for 1–2 people
* Rooms:
* Large, cozy living room
* Bedroom
* Small office/balcony room
* Spacious bathroom with a bathtub & shower
* Fully equipped, large kitchen
* * Smoking is allowed on the balcony

Amenities:
* * Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and more.

The Location: Oderbergerstraße is simply perfect:
* Right next to Mauerpark with its flea market, live music, and more
* Surrounded by amazing second-hand shops, restaurants, waffle & ice cream shops
* * Grocery stores (Edeka, Lidl, Rewe) are just a short walk away

A Small Request:
We have a few plants in the apartment that would love some care during your stay – just an occasional check and some water, nothing too demanding. 😊

Additionally, we kindly ask that no parties are hosted, as maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors is very important to us. Thank you for your understanding!
