My apartment in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) is available for short term sublet. The apartment is 120m2 and has four big rooms with beautiful high ceilings (Altbau) and two balconies. It’s on the 4th floor, filled with light. A large lounge room features a piano, a dining table and a corner sofa with the sleeping function. The bedroom, with a queen-sized bed and a walk-in wardrobe, faces the courtyard, so it’s nice and quiet. The third room is a study/library with a big desk – perfect for writers or anyone working from home. The fourth room can be set up as a guest room or a kids’ room, depending on your preferences. The kitchen is big and has all needed appliances, including a dishwasher, a microwave, a soda stream, an electrical stove with the oven, a big fridge, a toaster and a variety of utensils. There is a little supermarket (REWE) just around the corner and several bigger ones 5-10 minutes away (i.a. a very big EDEKA, Denn’s, Rossman, LIDL etc.). Every Saturday there is a small open-air market nearby. As for the public transport, two trams are just steps away: M4 (takes you to Alexanderplatz in 8 minutes) and M10 (takes you to Hauptbahnhof or S-Bahn Warschauerstrasse respectivelz in 15min). S-bahn Greifswalder Str. (Ringbahn) is 6 minutes away on foot. And being fairly central, it is easy to reach pretty much everywhere on bike. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family. It's also a great place for a writer's retreat — I have written some good lines here :-)
