We're subletting our beautiful flat in Berlin for a long weekend, from 20.02 to 23.02! Perfect for a couple, also for one person, two friends or even a couple with a small kid.
The flat consists of one huge room - with a double bed, two desks, one eating table, 2 sofas and more - and one normal bedroom, with one double bed, one desk and more.
Closets will be left empty, with space for storage.
The sofa in the big room is another folding double bed - so *the room can fit multiple children or friends*.
There is also another single mattress in the basement which we can place in one of the rooms.
Small kitchen and toilet with a shower a bit bigger than the standard in Berlin.
There are also a few plants, but no need to water anything. There are also radiators in every room and a good Wifi.
A bit flexible with the dates. Quiet, nice and right next to the canal 🏞
Perfectly connected to almost anywhere - 5 minutes from the U8 (Pankstr.) and 8 from the U9 (Osloer str,). Gesundbrunnen Station is only 13 minutes by foot (Ringbahn, S1/2/25, long-distance trains), there are also buses, trams to P-beg and F-hain and quite a lot of places to park.
And best of all, the window overlooks the Panke Canal, with its foxes, ducks, lawns and charming cafes. Just look around in google maps - its the coolest part of trending Wedding.
Of course, there are also many groceries, bakeries etc. nearby.
We can be a bit flexible with the dates.
The exact price and exact deposit can change a bit due to the exact period the number of people intending to stay.
