April Untermiete: schön eingerichtete Wohnung in praktischer Lage in Berlin-Wedding

Ihr sucht für April/Mai eine Wohnung in Berlin? Das trifft sich gut, denn vom 7. April bis 7. Mai sind wir unterwegs und möchten unsere schöne Wohnung in gute Hände geben.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur wenige hundert Meter vom Bahnhof Wedding (U6, S41/42) entfernt und ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Leopoldplatz (U6/U9) erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und in der Umgebung gibt es viele Supermärkte, Parks, Restaurants, Cafés und Bars.

-komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was ihr für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt

Die Miete von 1500 Euro gilt für den gesamten Monat. Sie beinhaltet Strom, Wasser, Heizung sowie WLAN-Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 500 Euro und wird erstattet, wenn ihr uns die Wohnung wieder so übergebt, wie ihr sie vorgefunden habt.

Wie ihr auf den Fotos sehen könnt, ist es ein gemütlich eingerichteter Ort mit schönen Möbeln und einigen Extras wie einem 4K-Projektor und Leinwand sowie einer tollen Siebträger-Espressomaschine.

Wir sind sicher, dass ihr unsere Wohnung genauso lieben werdet wie wir. Beachtet jedoch, dass dies unser privater Wohnraum ist und die meisten unserer Sachen während unserer Abwesenheit noch dort sein werden. Ihr werdet alles ordentlich, sauber und aufgeräumt vorfinden, und wir erwarten, dass ihr dies auch so haltet.

Nur eine einzelne Person oder ein Paar wird in Betracht gezogen.

If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay this April/May, you’re in luck: we will be away April 7-May 7 and want to leave our apartment in caring hands.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes away from Wedding station (U6, S41/42) and within 10min walking distance of Leopoldplatz (U6/U9). The street is very calm, but just a short walk will get you to plenty of supermarkets, parks, cafés, restaurants and bars.

A few facts about our place:
- 2 rooms+balcony
- 72m2
- a separate office niche
- fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay

The rent of 1500 Euros is for the full month of April. It includes electricity, water, heating as well as wifi internet. The deposit is 500 Euros and will be refunded once you return our apartment in the same state as you found it.

As you can see in the photos, it's a lovely place with nice furniture and a few perks like a 4k projector and canvas and an espresso machine.

We're sure you'll love our place as much as we do. Just know that this is our private living space and most of our belongings will still be there while we're on the road. You will find everything neat, clean and tidy and we're expecting you to keep it that way.

Only a single person or a couple will be considered.
