Ärztin sucht Wohnung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Liebe Vermieter:innen, liebe Wohnungsanbieter:innen,

ich bin auf der Suche nach einem neuen Zuhause und würde mich sehr über passende Angebote freuen.

Ich bin 33 Jahre alt und arbeite als Ärztin in Weiterbildung zur Kinderärztin an der Charité. Neben meiner klinischen Tätigkeit leite ich am Robert-Koch-Institut ein Forschungsprojekt in Guinea über Hepatitis B bei Kindern. Da mein aktueller Mietvertrag befristet ist, suche ich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine neue Wohnung.

Ich wünsche mir eine 2- bis 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, idealerweise mit Balkon oder Garten. Besonders gerne würde ich in Schöneberg wohnen, bin aber auch für andere Stadtteile offen. Wichtig ist mir ein schönes Zuhause, in dem ich mich wohlfühlen kann – ein Ort zum Ankommen nach langen Tagen im Krankenhaus.

Ich bin eine zuverlässige, ruhige und ordentliche Mieterin, Nichtraucherin und gehe sorgsam mit meinem Wohnraum um. In meiner Freizeit singe ich im Chor und treibe viel Sport. Eine langfristige Anmietung wäre ideal. Alle erforderlichen Dokumente (SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , Gehaltsnachweise, etc.) kann ich gern zur Verfügung stellen.

I am currently looking for a new home and would be very grateful for any suitable offers.

I am 33 years old and work as a pediatric resident at Charité. In addition to my clinical work, I lead a research project on hepatitis B in children at the Robert Koch Institute in Guinea. Since my current rental contract is limited in duration, I am looking for a new apartment as soon as possible.

Ideally, I am searching for a 2- to 3-room apartment, preferably with a balcony or garden. I would particularly love to live in Schöneberg but am open to other districts as well. Most important to me is finding a comfortable and welcoming home – a place to unwind after long days at the hospital.

I am a reliable, quiet, and responsible tenant, a non-smoker, and I take good care of my living space. In my free time, I sing in a choir and enjoy sports. A long-term rental would be ideal. I am happy to provide all necessary documents (SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , proof of income, etc.).
