I rent my apartment in Berlin, Friedrichshain from 1st December (possible earlier) to January 31st.
The apartment is 55 m² furnished and comfortable, there is a spacious bedroom and bright living room.
The bedroom and living room face at the back of the building and are therefore very quiet.
The kitchen has everything you need and a nice dining table.
The deposit serves as security, If everything is in the same condition as it was rented, the deposit will be refunded in full.
The apartment is within walking distance of several transportation and dining options.
The nearest supermarket is an Edeka directly opposite, less than 5 minutes away. You can also reach Netto and Rewe in just 10 minutes on foot.
The subway (U5-Frankfurter Tor) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and Warshauer S-Bahn can be reached with the M10 tram, which is also around the corner.
I'm looking for someone who will take good care of the apartment while I'm away and, ideally, who won't mind watering my plants every now and then.
The apartment building is mainly inhabited by families and older people who value their peace and quiet. Therefore it is ideal if you are looking for a quiet place.
