Modern 1-bedroom Flat in Prenzlauer-Berg/Mitte available for 2 months

Hello! My husband and I just had a baby and we are renting out our 1-bedroom 1-bathroom flat for one month (2150/month) while we are traveling to visit family.
The building is brand new (1 year old) and we are the first tenants of the flat. It is a modern home and the home would include all the furnishings.
The first room is the kitchen and living room, combined. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all of your cooking essentials. The room is divided by a kitchen island which is great for entertaining guests. We also have a Sage Barista Express espresso machine, which we are happy to show you how to use.
In the living room we have a couch that also folds out into a full sized bed. There is a dinning room table with four chairs and a Phillips TV with smart lights. The home’s ceiling is equipped with smart lights which connects to the TV so you can have a theater-like experience while watching tv shows or movies. Attched to the living space is a terrace with an electric grill and seating area. The terrace overlooks Schwedter Strasse.
In the wide hallway space, we have set up a desk with monitors for remote working. The monitors can be connectwd with HDMI cables or with a C-cable.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower. In the bathroom we also have a washing machine and drying racks that are mounted onto the wall.
The bedroom is a 1.5 bedroom, meaning it has a semi-divided wall. On one side we have the bed with two side tables and drawers for storage. We also have a TV that is mounted onto the wall. On the other side, we have a couch and shelves for storage.
We will remove a majority of our belongings but can leave some items behind if desired (i.e. baby high chair, infant bassinet, etc.).
**please note: We have a dog! And while we do plan to do a thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee that those with a severe dog allergy won’t be affected. Please take this into consideration.
