110 qm Schönes Loft mit Balkon über Berlin und opt. 30 qm Einzimmerappartement

We are a german-canadian family and living mostly in Canada by now. We would like to find some respectful people to rent our gorgeous loft. Our place is ideal for families. There is a nice garden where the children can play in security because it is closed. It is also perfect for musicians. We have a siliencing room where you can practice music for example. All costs are included in the price.

Since we only use the attached (and independent!) one-room apartment for our stays in Berlin, it is possible to use this apartment as well (just ask for more infos).

This is a wonderful and sunny loft apartment on the 5th floor (with elevator) of an old telegraph factory from the year 1890. During the GDR time, the building was a radio factory and has been used as a scenery for the moovie "Eight Miles High" after the Fall of the Berlin Wall.This factory building has been rebuilt in 2010 into individual apartments. Due to the unusual height of the building, you have from here a view over Berlin, from Alex to Tempelhof airport, Neuköln and the "Treptowers". This factory bulding is located in a quiet backyard of the Karl-Kunger street. From there, you can reach the Gölitzer Parc, the famous SO36, Neukölln, the Treptower Parc and the shore of the Spree River in a few minutes walk.
The apartment has an app. 60qm livingroom with an open kitchen, a app. 25qm bedroom with an open bathroom, a 12qm room, which we used as the children bedroom (The loft bed or optionally a single bed are currently in the basement), a separated toilet, and a 12qm terrace with a great view.
The apartment is family friendly. As facilities, there is a completely furnished Kitchen with a gas stove, a electric furnace, a dishwasher, a refridgarator and freezer, a wasching machine, Internet (VDSL100 with WLAN), a video projector wich you can connect on a computer, a stereo equipment, a piano, a brazier on the terrace. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, in the bathroom, there is a bathtub and a separated rain shower.
In the range of 200 m. there is the bus line 194 (north-south connexions) and the bus lines M43 and 166 (east- west connexions). In 6 min. walk, you can also reach the metro station "Treptower Park".
Up to now, we have always found a parking place within 200 meters around.
