Möbliertes Apartment im privaten Wohnheim

Ich suche einen Untermieter für mein vollmöbliertes Apartment in einem privaten Studentenwohnheim. Es handelt sich um eine moderne Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ruhigem Ausblick auf den Garten des Hauses. In der Wohnung gibt es eine kleine Eckküche mit Herd und Mikrowelle, ein Bett mit Matratze und Lattenrost, diverse Schränke, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die weiße Vitrine ist ein eigenes Möbelstück, wie auch Dekoartikel. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig.
Bei der Miete handelt es sich um eine sog. All-inclusive Miete, also einen Festpreis für Wohnung, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet und Fitnessstudio.

Außerdem habe ich die gesamte Kaution bereits bezahlt, sodass Sie nur noch die monatliche Miete zahlen müssen.



I am looking for a sub-tenant for my fully furnished apartment in a beautiful private student residence for the period April-October 2025.
It is a modern one-bedroom apartment with a peaceful view of the house's garden. The apartment has a small corner kitchen with a stove and a microwave, a bed with a mattress and slatted frame, various cupboards, a desk with a chair and a private en-suite bathroom. The showcase is a piece of furniture on its own, right as the decorative items. The neighbours are very quiet and friendly.
The rent is a so-called all-inclusive rent, i.e. a fixed price for the apartment, electricity, water, heating, high-speed internet and gym.

Also, I’ve already paid the entire deposit & insurance, thus you will only have to pay the monthly rent.
