We must travel abroad and we are looking for nice people, family, to look after our flat for 5 months, from November 2021 to April 2022.
We live in a nice part of town in Bruehl called Kierberg, quiet and residential area, very open and 5 minutes from supermarkets, city center, the forest. The building is quite modern, simple and with only 2 flats per floor, 3 floors so 6 flats in total where the owner lives in the building. The view is ample, the building stands alone far from other buildings. There is a shared garden to use for BBQ, sunbathing or just relaxing.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 ample living and dining room, 2 bathrooms, 1 store room, 3 french balconies and 1 standard balcony, shared basement with a good Siemens washing machine.
As far as amenities you can find everything you need: microwave oven, a Whirpool Oven, 2 electric cookers, 1 fridge + freezer, dining table, chairs, silverware, plates, cooking devices, 4K 42'' LG SmartTV, Wifi 50 MB/s, Sofa, misc furniture, 2 bicycles, etc.
We need to interview and meet the candidates + have proof of solvency. Visit day to be confirmed.
